School Committee incumbents show respect
With all of the political turmoil in town, it is hard to find a board representing the people as they should. Elected officials that instill a sense of pride in our town are few and far between. There is a board, though, that does set the bar high and provides a great example to everyone. That board is our School Committee. While watching their meetings, it is clear that they have a great deal of respect for one another and the office they hold. These are people with a great deal of integrity. The Fairhaven School Committee is not the board that needs change right now.
For this reason, I am urging Fairhaven voters to vote for Colin Veitch and Donna McKenna on April 5th. As voters, we will never agree with every decision, but personally, I am pleased with the education my children have received, even during the pandemic. I know that people like Colin and Donna are working hard to make sure that every student gets what they deserve, and they are doing it in a way that sets an example for those same students. So again, please vote for Colin Veitch and Donna McKenna on Monday, April 5th!
