Learn the Basics of Playing Chess: A Millicent Library Free Zoom Event
Caught up in “The Queen’s Gambit” hype and want to learn chess? On Wednesday, March 17 at 7:00 PM on Zoom, join the Millicent Library and Nolan DeMott as he takes you on the beginning of your chess journey. Learn the basics of chess as well as fundamental chess principles. This one-time session will get you started on what you need to know in order to start playing chess and checkmating your opponents.
