The Fairhaven High School Alumni Association once again has lighted the beautiful Colorado Blue Spruce Tree on the west lawn of the high school for the 36th annual Light-a-Light Campaign.
The FHS Alumni Association puts all their donations directly back into the high school in the form of scholarships, restoration projects and a variety of gifts to the school such as new Chrome books for students and iPads for the staff.
On Friday evening November 27th FHS Alumni Board of Directors member “Cuffy’ Tunstall, ’61, flipped the switch that lit up our 2020 version of the annual Light-a-Light campaign. Each lighted bulb on this stunning tree represents the donations that had been made thus far by our loyal alumni and friends of FHS.
A Friendly Competition
As of November 28th the 2020 Light-a-Light campaign has generated $16,911 from 348 donors. Our goal of $30,000 by December 31st can still be reached.
