Event was postponed due to rain We will be interviewing the amazingly talented Eden Soares to hear about his process in creating the masterpiece. Many, many thanks to the Community Foundation of Southeastern MA for funding the creation of the Island Park Mural and to the Community Preservation Committee for all of their support and CPA funding to help us successfully repoint the South facing wall on the Strand Theater. This historic restoration work allowed WHALE and the Cape Verdean Association to hang the mural and continue creating this greenspace. We can’t wait to share more updates with everyone as the project progresses!
