Nobody does Halloween like Fairhaven Center (okay, maybe Salem, Mass.), even in a pandemic. The good folks of Fairhaven’s village area found some creative candy delivery systems to keep the touching to a minimum, and still managed to keep the scaring at a maximum. Lee Baumgartner on Pleasant Street said they all need a “taste of normalcy.” Right, say we, goblins and ghouls and pirates and princesses. That’s normal.
