The frozen marsh on Goulart Memorial Drive on 1/18/20 proves that winter has finally arrived. This marsh almost thawed out, however, but then refroze all in a matter of a few days. Temperatures have been in the teens, with wind chill factors taking them close to zero in the area. Weather forecasters expect a warming trend for the next few days, with temperatures in the 40’s for the next couple of days. Expect some rain or snow on Saturday, and then a return to mild temperatures on Sunday, with a dip back into the 30s on Monday.
