PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Fairhaven Conservation Commission will hold the following Public Hearings pursuant to the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. c. 131, s. 40) and the Code of the Town of Fairhaven Chapter 192, Wetlands:
1. CON 023-102: 8 Hathaway Street Request for Determination of Applicability filed by David J. Rebello for the installation of an 8’ x 10’ wooden shed at the property located at 8 Hathaway Street, Assessors Map 28B, Lots 6-9. Work to take place in Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage/Zone VE and buffer zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetland.
2. CON 023-103: 66 Bay Street Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Michael and Joan Tracey for the installation of a 10’ x 16’ shed on a concrete slab on the property located at 66 Bay Street, Assessors Map 28A, Lots 415 & 413A. Work to take place within Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage/Zone AE.
Copies of the applications listed in this hearing notice may be viewed at the Conservation Office in Town Hall, located at 40 Center Street, Fairhaven, MA.
