Notice is hereby given that the Acushnet Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 9, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. at the Town Hall Meeting Room located at 122 Main Street, Acushnet, Massachusetts.
• Public Hearing – RDA – AMN Estate Holdings, LLC / 39 Keene Road – Map 2, Lots 12G, 13B & 16 A Request for Determination was filed by AMN Estate Holdings, LLC for property located at 39 Keene Road, Map 2, Lots 12G, 13B & 16. The applicant proposes to construct a 6-lot residential subdivision & associated roadway & stormwater infrastructure, with all proposed work located greater than 100 feet from wetland resource areas. The applicant is seeking determination that boundaries of resource areas are accurately delineated & whether the proposed activities are subject to Wetlands Protection Act. • Public Hearing – NOI & Stormwater – White’s Farm Inc. / 211 Middle Road – Map 23, lots 29, 29A & 29B – SE 001-0596 A Notice of Intent and Stormwater application was filed by Zachary Farkes, Middle Road Acushnet Solar, LLC. for property located at 211 Middle Road, Acushnet, MA. The applicant proposes to construct a ground-mounted solar array on a portion of the open fields within the property located at 211 Middle Road in Acushnet. Work is limited to the 100-foot buffer zone to a bordering vegetated wetland and bank. The applicant is represented by Sarah Stearns of Beals and Thomas, Inc. Plan name is “Middle Road PV Solar Development” dated September 10, 2024.
• Public Hearing – NOI – Justin Lawrence / Lambert Street – Map 18, Lots 4G, 4H & 4K – SE 001-XXXX A Notice of Intent was filed by Justin Lawrence for property located at Lambert Street, Map 18, Lots 4G, 4H & 4K. The applicant proposes to construct a single-family dwelling and gravel driveway and the installation of underground utilities together with filling and grading within the 100-foot buffer zone to a bordering vegetated wetland. The applicant is represented by David M. Davignon, P.E. of Schneider, Davignon & Leone, Inc. Plan name is “Site Plan for property located at the end of Lambert Street in Acushnet, MA” dated September 25, 2024.
