Approximately 150 people enjoyed a free movie night courtesy of the Fairhaven Firefighters Association Local 1555 on Sunday, 8/20/23, at Livesey Park in Fairhaven, featuring The Super Mario Bros. Movie. The evening featured free admission, free snacks and other giveaways.
“We would like to thank everyone who came out last night for the movie night. It was another great event that wouldn’t be possible without such a great community,” wrote the FFA on its Facebook page. “Another thank you to our sponsors Profishant, Inc. for spraying the field for mosquitoes, Dorothy Cox Chocolates for all of the great snacks, and Lauren Gonsalves, Realtor and Howe Allen Realty for the generous donation. Shout out to Fairhaven Police Department for stopping by and showing their support.”
